FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I pay for a class? We accept payment through our website for Day Passes, Monthly Center Memberships, and Field Sessions. If you click on "Center Class Registration" or "Field Class Registration", you will be able to choose your class(es) and pay for it there. You will be asked what type of Membership you would like to purchase (how many classes per month).
How do I check to see if a class is canceled, or how many people are registered? Starting 2/15/11, we will not be cancelling classes due to attendance or class size. However, if there are only one or two participants, it will be up to you to decide if you would like to attend a class that small or not. To see how many people are registered, click on the appropriate registration text button (Center or Field) and it will depict the number of reservations (registered participants or open spots).
What happens if I don't show up for class, and I already paid? Class spots will not be refunded or credited if not used. You have the ability to cancel your registration by logging in and going to "My Info" and then "My Schedule". You can also call us at (818) 348-PLAY and we can help you cancel.
What about refunds/class credits?
We do not offer refunds. You have the ability to cancel your monthly membership at any time. We do not offer refunds for illness, vacations, and/or not cancelling your memebership timely. What happens if I have a monthly membership and a class gets canceled? We do not cancel classes due to attendance, however, in the event that a teacher is sick, etc. your registration would be automatically canceled (when the class was canceled) and that class would go back into your pool of monthly classes.
What if I miss the class registration dealine? Can I still come to class? If you missed the dealine (8 hours before class time) to add yourself to the registration, or if you need to cancel your registration, you can always call us at (818) 348-PLAY and we can help you. This is important so we know exactly how many students will be in class. We still encourage you to adhere to the established registration deadline, but we are available to help in a crunch.
How do I cancel my monthly membership? Log in, using your Username and Password, then go to "My Info" and then "My Account".
If I am on Monthly Membership, when does it renew or re-bill me? All memberships are set up on a 30 day recurring billing cycle. You will be re-billed on the same date the following month. You may cancel at any time.
What if my child is sick and I miss classes? If your child is sick and you know you are going to miss classes (and you are on a membership), you may cancel your registration and use that class for another day. You must cancel your registration to get it placed back into your pool of classes for the month.
What are the age ranges for the classes? The age classifications and ranges are viewable on the left side of the website (homepage) under "CLASS AGES". Younger Babies (YB) 8 weeks to 8 months; Older Babies (OB) 8 months to 16 months; Toddler (TOD) 16 months - 24 months; Young Children (YC) 3 years old - 5 years old. However, we go by development first. If they crawl, they are older babies - if they walk, they are toddlers.
Can I come to view a class for free and then decide if I want to continue? We do not offer free demo/preview classes, however, you are able to purchase a Day Pass and come to one class only, and if you feel that OTB is not the program for you, you are not obligated to return or continue.
What if our class day falls on a holiday? We do not offer refunds or class credits for holidays or Center closures. All of our teachers celebrate different holidays during the year, and will let you know when they are not teaching. If you are on a membership and this poses a problem, you may want to cancel your membership, and renew it once classes resume (after the holiday or scheduled time off).
